The CSM Panhandlers is the sole owner of the information collected
on WWW.CSMSTEELDRUMS.COM and WWW.CHABOTSTEELDRUMS.COM. The CSM Panhandlers collects information
from our users at the following area on our Web site:
Email Sign Up
In order to receive email updates and information, a user must first complete
the email sign up form. Users requesting email updates will be asked to
provide an email address.
Information Use
Profile
We DO NOT collect or store information through cookies, log files, clear
gifs, and/or third parties to create a profile of our users.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information
about the user. We DO NOT use session ID cookies or persistent cookies.
Log Files
We DO NOT use log files to track internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser
type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform
type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer
the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic
information for aggregate use.
Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
We do not use clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), to help us better
manage content on our site.
Communications from the Site (News, Offers and Updates)
We send all new members a welcoming email to verify your subscription
to our email list. This email will also contain instructions on how to
unsubscribe. Established members will occasionally receive information
on CSM Panhandlers concerts, CD releases, and special events and offers.
We may in the future email newsletters, and members may also receive information
we forward on behalf of our record label, Pan Ramajay Productions.
Service Announcements
On rare occasions it may be necessary to send out a strictly service related
announcement. These communications are not promotional in nature.
Sharing
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose
personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith
belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial
proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.

Users who no longer wish to receive our promotional communications and
news may unsubscribe from our email list by one of the following methods:

other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site
